4. How to reset the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Connections on EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3?
When the device is powered off, press and hold the power button for more than 5 seconds. The device's LCD screen will light up, and then the screen will blink once (it must blink once), indicating that the Bluetooth connection has been successfully reset.
5. Can EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 be used with an EV charger?
Yes, it supports Level 1/2 EV chargers. You will need to purchase a dedicated EcoFlow adapter, the EV X-Stream Adapter (DELTA Pro Ultra). Typyically, the grid charging port on the US model only supports AC 120V 2000W charging (Level 1). However, by using the AC POWER IN/OUT port along with the EV X-Stream Adapter (DELTA Pro Ultra), you can connect a 240V EV charger, increasing the charging rate to 4000W (Level 2).
6. Can EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 output 120V and 240V AC power simultaneously?
No, but it can perform split-phase output as a standalone unit. There are two buttons for AC output: 120V AC ON/OFF and 240V AC ON/OFF.1. When the 120V AC button is pressed, four 120V 20A outlets and one 30A RV outlet will supply power, and the 240V outlet will be turned off.2. When the 240V AC button is pressed, one L14-30 split-phase outlet and one 6-20R 240V outlet output power, and the 120V outlet will be turned off.

As the core component of the device, the safety and protection level of the battery pack is crucial. To better protect the battery pack and reduce the risk of short circuits and fires caused by water ingress, the EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 battery pack is sealed. It has reached an IP65 waterproof and dustproof rating, effectively preventing dust from entering and resisting water spray. However, the EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 main unit does not have a waterproof and dustproof rating (IP20). The device is suitable for use in well-ventilated indoor environments or sheltered outdoor environments to avoid the impact of rain and dust on the device. Please ensure that the surrounding environment is dry and clean during installation and use to ensure the device's normal operation and longevity.

Shipping & Delivery
We process orders in 1-2 days. Transit time for orders is 3-5 days, which makes the total delivery time 4–7 days. Kindly be informed that the deadline for placing orders is 5 pm EST. Orders received after this period will be processed the day after the business day in question.
The average delivery time for orders is four to seven days (free shipping on orders over $200). For shipments of less than $200, a $15 fixed fee is assessed.
Currently, we only provide domestic shipping within the United States.
One of our third-party freight carriers handles the majority of our shipments (18-wheelers). For items on your order that require freight carrier shipping, you will receive a call to arrange a convenient time for curbside delivery. At purchase, kindly ensure that an accurate phone number is entered.

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than ecoflow.com, may provide their own policies to you. Please contact them for further information. Please note that return and refund policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.
Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on ecoflow.com.
Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund 24 hours after the order is placed and before delivery has been made (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 3.5% for Affirm users, 3.3% for Klarna users).
Orders cannot be canceled more than 30 days after they are shipped.
Return
The return service is currently available to US orders only.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items complete in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
For quality issues, we will give you a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items.

Warranty extension
You can extend the warranty for products purchased between January 1, 2022, and August 31, 2022, by registering on the official website on or before October 15, 2022.
Warranty cannot be extended for products purchased before January 1, 2022.
Customers who have purchased products on or after September 1, 2022 will enjoy the warranty period (with warranty extension) listed in the table above. Customers are advised to complete registration as early as possible.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply:
· Non-quality related issues;
· Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;
· Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
· Items that have been refunded;
· Items that have expired their warranty period;
· Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
· Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;
· Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;

Replacement

- This fee covers administration costs and costs from our credit card processing company. Whenever we refund an order, we are not refunded our merchant card processing fees.

- If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies and more fees will apply, like original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and restocking fees if any. We do not charge restocking fees; we only pass them on from our supplier.

Upon receipt of your items, kindly examine the packaging. Should you observe any damage, including to the box, you are obligated to indicate such details when providing your signature for delivery. If you suspect harm to the package but are unable to open it during delivery, indicate "suspected damage" on the delivery receipt.
