The fastest charging power for one battery is 6200W. It takes about 92 minutes to charge one battery from 0% to 100%, but if stacked on two or more batteries, the maximum charging power can reach 8800W. It takes about 1 hour and 56 minutes to charge two batteries from 0% to 100%.
2) Can an EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Battery charge without the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Inverter?
No. The EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Battery needs to be connected to an EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Inverter to charge. EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra is not compatible with third-party inverters.
3) Is EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra compatible with third-party inverters?
EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra is not compatible with third-party inverters.
4) Can I program EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra to run at certain times, like during peak rate hours?
Yes, charging times can be set.

8) Is AC passthrough possible with a 120V input?
Use the C20 outlet for a bypass mode with a 120V input. There is no bypass mode for 240V input.
9) What is the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Inverter's surge rating, and how long does it last?
LRA 120A; 10.8kW peak watts for 10 seconds.
10) Can an electrical appliance plug directly into EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra?
Yes. EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra (Inverter + Battery) works as a standalone unit powering electrical appliances of up to 7200W. There are 11 outlets on the inverter, including NEMA 5-20, TT30, L14-30 supporting 30A, USB-C, and USB-A.
11) What is the charging power and time of a single battery?
With only one battery pack, the fastest charging input is 6200W, taking about 92 minutes to charge from 0% to 100%. When there are two battery packs, the fastest charging input is 8800W, and it takes about 1 hour and 56 minutes to charge from 0% to 100%.
12) Can EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra power a several-ton air conditioner?
One EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra can power a 3 ton central air conditioning unit. 2 x DELTA Pro Ultra can power two 4-ton central air conditioning units, 3 x DELTA Pro Ultra can power three 4-ton central air conditioning units, but the LRA rating must be within 120A.
13) Can X-Fusion charge EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultrafrom an AC outlet while it's also plugged into the Smart Home Panel 2?
X-Fusion technology ensures that all AC output sockets provide optimal output in terms of wattage and amp. In fast charging mode, the output will always be 7.2kW, no matter how much the input is. When EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra is connected to Smart Home Panel 2, AC charging is disabled. 5 + 8 ports and C20 charging port mutual exclusion.
14) Can EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra charge from a 15A AC outlet while delivering 240V?
When charging EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra with 120V, it can output 240V normally. When charging EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra with 240V, it cannot output 240V.When charging at 240V using X-Stream charging via an AC inlet, AC output is not available. That is to say, when charging with high voltage 240V input voltage, all AC output is disabled.
15) How long is the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra warranty?
EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Inverter Warranty: 5 Years EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Battery Warranty: 5 Years Even then, each LFP battery's lifespan lasts for as long as 10 years with up to 3500 cycles.
16) What is the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra weather-protection level?
The EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra weather-protection level is IP54. An IP54 rating means that your product will be protected against dust and other particles and water spray from all directions.
17) What are EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra's solar charging priorities?
Charging priority: low voltage photovoltaic > high voltage photovoltaic > 5 + 8 interfaces (including Smart Home Panel 2) > mains
18) Can I connect EcoFlow power stations to my house electric panel directly?
Yes, but the transfer switch should be connected to the power station's AC output port. You should disconnect the circuits from the grid before the power station supports them. The total power consumption of the circuits should not exceed the output power rating. The output will not be grounded if the power station is not connected to the grid.
19) Does EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra work with an existing grid-tied system that does not have a backup feature?
Unfortunately, EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra cannot connect and feedback to the grid.
20) Can EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra be charged using an EcoFlow Smart Generator?
EcoFlow Smart Generator can charge EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra using an EcoFlow AC Charging Cable (NEMA 5-15P to C19). EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra can not be charged using DC through an XT150 cable. Third-party generators can charge EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra using the EcoFlow AC Generator Charging Adapter. The EcoFlow Smart Generator can be auto-switched on or off through the EcoFlow app.
21) Can the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra charge using existing rooftop solar?
Yes, it's compatible with existing solar systems, including rooftop solar*. For each EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Inverter, solar input can reach a maximum of 5600W (16.8kW with 3 inverters) with the following: High voltage PV: 80-450V, 15A, 4000W Max Low voltage PV:30-150V, 15A, 1600W Max *If you connect the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra to PV system circuits installed on or in buildings, according to NEC regulations, the system shall include a rapid shutdown function to ensure operation safety and reduce shock hazards for emergency responders. If you wish to connect the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra to PV system circuits, a pre-purchase consultation must be completed by a qualified electrician or installer.
22) Can the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra connect to the EcoFlow Smart Home Panel?
No. You can purchase an EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 and an EcoFlow Double Voltage Hub - Power Input/Output (DELTA Pro) (connects 2 x EcoFlow DELTA Pro to EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2) to replace the original EcoFlow Smart Home Panel and connect 2 x EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra and 2 x EcoFlow DELTA Pro at the same time to achieve an 21.6kW output.
Shipping & Delivery
We process orders in 1-2 days. Transit time for orders is 3-5 days, which makes the total delivery time 4–7 days. Kindly be informed that the deadline for placing orders is 5 pm EST. Orders received after this period will be processed the day after the business day in question.
The average delivery time for orders is four to seven days (free shipping on orders over $200). For shipments of less than $200, a $15 fixed fee is assessed.
Currently, we only provide domestic shipping within the United States.
One of our third-party freight carriers handles the majority of our shipments (18-wheelers). For items on your order that require freight carrier shipping, you will receive a call to arrange a convenient time for curbside delivery. At purchase, kindly ensure that an accurate phone number is entered.

Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on ecoflow.com.
Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund 24 hours after the order is placed and before delivery has been made (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 3.5% for Affirm users, 3.3% for Klarna users).
Orders cannot be canceled more than 30 days after they are shipped.

The return service is currently available to US orders only.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items complete in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.

Warranty extension
You can extend the warranty for products purchased between January 1, 2022, and August 31, 2022, by registering on the official website on or before October 15, 2022.
Warranty cannot be extended for products purchased before January 1, 2022.
Customers who have purchased products on or after September 1, 2022 will enjoy the warranty period (with warranty extension) listed in the table above. Customers are advised to complete registration as early as possible.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply:
· Non-quality related issues;
· Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;

· Items that have been refunded;

What is your policy on cancellations?
- All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
- This fee covers administration costs and costs from our credit card processing company. Whenever we refund an order, we are not refunded our merchant card processing fees.
- If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur.
- If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies and more fees will apply, like original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and restocking fees if any. We do not charge restocking fees; we only pass them on from our supplier.

What occurs if my item is damaged?
Upon receipt of your items, kindly examine the packaging. Should you observe any damage, including to the box, you are obligated to indicate such details when providing your signature for delivery. If you suspect harm to the package but are unable to open it during delivery, indicate "suspected damage" on the delivery receipt.
Please send photos to support@adoredcollection.com if your item or items arrive damaged; we will arrange for a replacement or compensation.

What is your sales tax rate?
