How Payments Are Processed

Financing with Shop Pay Installments

We offer flexible financing options through Shop Pay Installments:

  • Split your purchase into multiple payments.
  • Some purchases may qualify for 0% APR financing.

How to Apply for Shop Pay Installments:

  1. Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Select Shop Pay as your payment method.
  3. Choose to pay in full or split into installments.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.

Sales Tax

  • We do not charge sales tax on orders, except for shipments to Wyoming.

Order Cancellations & Payment Processing Fees

  • Before payment is captured: Orders can be canceled free of charge.
  • After payment is captured but before shipping: A 3% non-refundable processing fee applies.
  • After the order has shipped: Orders cannot be canceled, but you may request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Custom or made-to-order products: These cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without a valid reason or without first contacting us will be considered fraudulent activity and may result in legal action. Chargebacks create unnecessary delays in resolving issues that we are happy to assist with directly.

What Happens When a Chargeback is Filed?

  • We treat unauthorized chargebacks as theft and will dispute them with proof of shipment, tracking details, and customer communication records.
  • If the chargeback is ruled in our favor, the customer will remain responsible for the full order amount, plus all associated fees, legal costs, and administrative charges.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to collections agencies, which can negatively impact your credit score.
  • Customers who file chargebacks without a legitimate reason will be permanently banned from purchasing from Adored Collection.
