Shipping Policy
At Adored Collection, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, reliably, and hassle-free. To make your shopping experience even more convenient, we offer free shipping on all orders over $200, regardless of the shipping method.
For orders under $200, a $15 flat shipping fee will apply.
Shipping Times
We provide realistic and transparent delivery estimates to ensure you know exactly when to expect your order. Unlike other retailers who may promise overly optimistic timelines, our estimates are based on actual shipping capabilities for a reliable shopping experience.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Transit Time: Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
- Order Deadline: Orders placed before 5 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Estimated Delivery: On average, your order will arrive within 4–7 business days from the time of purchase.
- Product-Specific Shipping Estimates: Some brands or products may have different shipping timelines. For more accurate delivery timeframes, please check the specific product page or contact us.
Note: All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We strive for timely processing and delivery, but delays caused by external factors (e.g., supply chain issues, freight carrier schedules, weather disruptions) may occur.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment.
- If any item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you immediately.
- If the item is in stock, we will process your payment and submit your order for shipment within 2 business days.
- Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at support@adoredcollection.com.
Shipping Locations
No Shipping Outside the USA: We currently do not offer international shipping. Shipping is only available within the continental United States.
Shipping to Canada or Other Countries: Some products from certain brands may be available for shipping to Canada or outside the U.S. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and costs.
Freight Carrier Shipments
For large items requiring freight shipping, a third-party freight carrier (typically an 18-wheeler truck) will handle the delivery.
- You will receive a call from the carrier to schedule a curbside delivery appointment.
- Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address after an order has been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However:
- Address changes may delay delivery.
- Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by freight carriers due to address modifications.
No exceptions apply. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Shipping Delays & Cancellations
If an order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe due to shipping disruptions, we will keep you informed. However:
- Shipping delays are not a valid reason for order cancellation.
- If you choose to cancel an order due to shipping delays, you will be responsible for:
- All associated shipping charges
- Warehouse storage fees
- Any other costs incurred due to the cancellation
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, due to transaction fees and processing costs, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Before Payment is Captured (Free Cancellation)
- If you request a cancellation before we capture payment, your order can be canceled free of charge.
- Contact us at support@adoredcollection.com or via live chat as soon as possible to request cancellation.
After Payment is Captured but Before Shipment (Processing Fee Applies)
- If you request a cancellation after payment has been captured but before the item has shipped, a non-refundable processing fee of 3% will be deducted from your refund.
- This covers the payment processing fees that Shopify does not return to us.
After Order Has Shipped (No Cancellations)
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- If you no longer want the item, you may request a return under our Return Policy.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products
- Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded because they are specifically made for your order.
- Once placed, these orders go into production and cannot be modified or refunded.
- If you are unsure whether your item is custom or made-to-order, please contact us before placing your order.
Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and considered fraudulent activity. If you have an issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at support@adoredcollection.com or (888) 501-8537 to resolve the matter.
What You Need to Know About Chargebacks:
- Filing a chargeback without a valid reason is considered fraud and will result in legal action.
- If a chargeback is filed after the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for the full cost of the item, all associated shipping costs, and legal fees.
- Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to collections agencies and may negatively impact your credit score.
- Customers who file chargebacks without attempting to resolve the issue with us first will be permanently banned from purchasing from Adored Collection in the future.
