At Adored Collection, customer service is our top priority, and we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. As an authorized dealer for all brands we carry, we comply with each manufacturer’s return, refund, and warranty policies.

Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, due to transaction fees and processing costs, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Before Payment is Captured (Free Cancellation)
- If you request a cancellation before we capture payment, your order can be canceled free of charge.
- Contact us at support@adoredcollection.com or via live chat as soon as possible to request cancellation.
After Payment is Captured but Before Shipment (Processing Fee Applies)
- If you request a cancellation after payment has been captured but before the item has shipped, a non-refundable processing fee of 3% will be deducted from your refund.
- This covers the payment processing fees that Shopify does not return to us.
After Order Has Shipped (No Cancellations)
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- If you no longer want the item, you may request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products
- Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded because they are specifically made for your order.
- Once placed, these orders go into production and cannot be modified or refunded.
- If you are unsure whether your item is custom or made-to-order, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
General Return Policy:
- Return eligibility varies by brand and product. Please check the product page for brand-specific return policies.
- If your product is eligible for return, you must initiate the return request within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the brand’s policy.

Restocking Fees & Return Shipping Costs
As an authorized dealer, we follow the return policies set by the brands we work with. Any restocking fees or return shipping costs are determined by the manufacturer, and we simply pass these costs on as required.
Due to increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any returns not related to defects or incorrect shipments will be subject to:

If you are exchanging the product for a different item, we may be able to assist with covering some return shipping costs depending on the product.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, follow these steps immediately:
- Inspect your package upon delivery.

- The packaging (including shipping labels)
- The product and any visible damage
- Email the photos and a description of the issue to support@adoredcollection.com within 24 hours of delivery.
This is essential for processing an insurance claim. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for coverage.
Warranty Information
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for warranty details.
Warranties cover damages resulting from normal use over time and do not cover damages upon arrival. Damage on arrival must be reported within 30 days for resolution.
Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and considered fraudulent activity. If you have an issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at support@adoredcollection.com or (888) 501-8537 to resolve the matter.
What You Need to Know About Chargebacks:
- Filing a chargeback without a valid reason is considered fraud and will result in legal action.
- If a chargeback is filed after the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for the full cost of the item, all associated shipping costs, and legal fees.
- Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to collections agencies and may negatively impact your credit score.
- Customers who file chargebacks without attempting to resolve the issue with us first will be permanently banned from purchasing from Adored Collection in the future.
