Customer service is a top priority for us at Adored Collection, and we will do our best to fulfill your expectations at all times.
Adored Collection is an authorized dealer and distributor for all the brands and products sold on this website. The manufacturer's return/refund and warranty policies cover all of our products.
For a majority of our products, our return policy varies between 7 and 30 days depending on the brand of the item you order. Each manufacturer has its own policies, and we have to abide by the manufacturer's return and refund policies as we are an authorized dealer for the brands we distribute. Please read the return policy below that applies to this product. Please read the brand return policies in conjunction with the Adored Collection Return Terms below.
Cancellations & Refunds
At Adored Collection, we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply, such as custom orders; see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at (888) 501-8537, the live chat in the bottom right, or email support@adoredcollection.com any time.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order, they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Customers have 30 days from the date they received the item to initiate a return; however, please check the specific return policy for the brand of product you are purchasing, as the brand-specific return policy on the product page overrides this general return policy of 30 days.
Shipping Times
We process orders in 1-2 days. Transit time for orders is 3-5 days. Please note that the order deadline is 5 PM EST. Orders received beyond this period will undergo processing the following business day.
The average delivery time for orders is 6–10 days (free shipping on all orders). Some exclusions may apply.
While we strive to deliver your order quickly, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including supply chain disruptions or high shipping demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
Damages
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If damage is noted:
- Take photos of the packaging, product, and any visible damage.
- Email support@adoredcollection.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
This is essential for processing an insurance claim. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for coverage.
Warranty Information
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for details. Warranty claims cover damages resulting from normal use over time and not damage upon arrival. Damage on arrival must be reported within 30 days for resolution.
Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and equitably. However, filing a chargeback without contacting us first will delay resolution and may lead to further action. Chargebacks filed in bad faith or without legitimate cause will be considered fraudulent and treated as theft.
We reserve the right to take legal action and report such instances to credit bureaus, which may impact your credit rating. Additionally, any associated legal and administrative fees will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
