• Orders ship within 48 hours after receiving payment, provided the item is in stock at Dreampod’s U.S. warehouse.

Shipping Outside the 48 Contiguous States

Shipping Method & Delivery Details

• Dreampod products ship via ABF or UPS.
• Curbside delivery only – The freight carrier will unload the item at the nearest curb. The customer is responsible for bringing the product inside.

Important Shipping Notes

• Stock Availability – Shipping times apply only to products in stock at Dreampod’s U.S. warehouse. If a product is backordered, we will notify you before processing the order.

Shipping Delays & Cancellations

Return & Refund Policy – Dreampod Products

At Adored Collection, we comply with each brand’s return policies. Dreampod products follow the return guidelines set by Dream Water Ltd.. Please review the details below before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be unused, in the original condition, and include original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Custom or made-to-order Dreampod products are non-returnable.

Return Process

2. Ship the Product Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
3. Inspection & Refund Processing: Once the item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the return status.

Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned Dreampod items.
• Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

• Before Payment is Captured: Free cancellation.
• After Payment is Captured but Before Shipment: A 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
• After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled; customers must initiate a return instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Dreampod item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Inspect the package upon delivery.
2. Take clear photos of:
   • The packaging (including shipping labels).
   • The product and any visible damage.
3. Email the photos and a description of the issue to support@adoredcollection.com within 24 hours of delivery.

This is essential for processing a claim. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for coverage.

Dreampod Floatation Pod Series Warranty

Dream Water Ltd. provides warranty coverage for the Dreampod Floatation Pod Series, ensuring protection against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage:

• Fiberglass Material Construction: 2-Year Warranty
• Inflatable PVC Material Construction: 6-Month Warranty
• Electronic & Mechanical Components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems): 1-Year Warranty

If a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Dream Water Ltd. will:

• Repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished parts, OR
• Exchange the product with a new or functionally equivalent replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion.

A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

Exclusions & Limitations:

This limited warranty only applies to products manufactured by or for Dream Water Ltd. under the designation Dreampod Floatation Pod Series. It does not apply to:

• Non-Dreampod products or software (even if sold with the product).
• Damage caused by using non-Dreampod-approved components.
• Damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, earthquake, or other external causes.
• Damage resulting from operating the product outside of its intended use.
• Modifications, alterations, or upgrades performed by unauthorized persons.
• Costs associated with returning the product to Dream Water Ltd. (return shipping is the customer's responsibility).
