  • FedEx air shipping takes approximately 1 week
  • Sea freight shipping takes approximately 25-30 days
• Total delivery timeframe (production + shipping):
  • Soft Chambers: Approximately 3-5 weeks from order date
  • Wheelchair Chambers: Approximately 7-8 weeks from order date

• For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment

Return Policy:

• Due to the specialized nature of hyperbaric chambers and international sourcing, Oxyrevo products are not eligible for returns
• Instead of returns, all quality and performance concerns are addressed through the comprehensive warranty program

Order Cancellations:

• Before Payment Processing: If you request a cancellation before we capture payment, your order can be canceled without charge
• After Payment Processing but Before Shipment: If you request a cancellation after payment has been processed but before the item has shipped, a non-refundable processing fee of 3% will be deducted from your refund
• After Order Has Shipped: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
• Oxyrevo chambers are custom/made-to-order products and cannot be canceled once production has begun

Warranty Coverage:

• Standard 2-Year Warranty included with all Oxyrevo chambers
• Optional Extended Warranty available for up to 2 additional years (maximum 4-year total coverage)
• Extended warranty must be purchased at the time of your original order
