Shipping Times

Plus, we offer free shipping on all orders over $200 within the United States to make your shopping experience even more convenient. For orders under $200, a $15 fixed shipping fee will apply. Here’s what you can expect:

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Transit Time: Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
• Order Deadline: Orders placed before 3 PM MST are processed the same business day. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
• Delivery Estimate: On average, your order will arrive within 4–7 business days from the time of purchase.

We provide honest and realistic delivery estimates to ensure you know exactly when to expect your order. Unlike other retailers who may promise overly optimistic timelines, our estimates are based on actual shipping capabilities for a reliable shopping experience.

Order Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will immediately process your order and contact you if any item is on backorder or unavailable. If the item is in stock, we will process your payment and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and payment has been processed, we will ship your order within 2 business days. You will receive tracking information at the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support@adoredcollection.com.

No Shipping Outside the USA

We currently do not offer international shipping. At this time, shipping is only available to domestic locations within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout to avoid any issues with your order.

Freight Carrier Shipments

For large items requiring freight shipping, one of our third-party freight carriers (typically 18-wheelers) will handle the delivery. You will receive a call to arrange a convenient time for curbside delivery. Please ensure the phone number you provide at checkout is accurate to avoid delays.

Changing Address

If you need to change the delivery address after your order has been processed or shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that address changes may result in delays, and customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by our freight carriers due to these changes. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Shipping Times Disclaimer

All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We strive to ensure timely processing and delivery by notifying our vendors of new orders as soon as possible. However, delays caused by factors outside our control, such as supply chain disruptions or freight carrier schedules, may occur.

If a customer decides to cancel an order due to shipping delays, they will be responsible for all associated shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and any other fees incurred. If a customer files a chargeback due to shipping delays, they will be held criminally liable for theft. No exceptions apply.
